I personally have never met such an age-defying person but it does happen.Did you know, however, that many researchers and scientists today estimate that the life span of a person according to maturing age, should be into the late 110 plus and even into the twenties? It is a wild idea, but many see it as attainable. Science advances rapidly. It seems as if every day we read of a new advancement, a new technique for improving both the quality and the longevity of our friends and ourselves. These advancements are wonderful.It was only a generation or two ago where simple infections could mean certain death for most along the way, where diseases were common due to lack of vaccinations and proper treatments. I applaud science and hope they continue in their march toward a higher quality of life. With all these human health improvements and human life spans increasing, why the heck are our aged friends and relative not living up to their true potential life spans? My research indicates and I believe that the factors are many.The main factor, in my opinion, is the modern man diet, what we are putting in our mouths and what we are doing in our life that we and our bodies just were not designed for. Did you know that the food industry for all practical purposes is largely unregulated?The foods that you pick up at the grocery store are made by companies owned by some of the largest companies in the world, all working to make the biggest buck. These mega-companies make largely human consumer products and their foods are manufactured from whatever substance or ingredient that cost them the least, -products that were often not natural products at all but "manufactured' and modified from what was not from nature, chemicals etc that are not compatible with longevity when used for human consumption. I know, I know. This sounds like a conspiracy theory, but I challenge you to read up on it, research it yourself, did what I have done, it is true. did you know an ant poison manufacturer got the substance approved for use by humans, you eat it everyday and you can still use it to kill ants. (destroys their nervous system) (it is now sold as an artificial sweetener) and is in a large percentage of the processed food, claiming it as extra healthy since it has less or "no sugar" just ant poison, banned in many countries for food use. What kind of things are they able to get away with? Many foods are made with chemical solvents and industrial fermentation processes. One of those, completely unnatural foods, (does not exist in nature) the average American now eats 88 pounds a year. It is well documented that these foods are manufactured with no concern whatsoever about the long term result on the health of the American public.These are often chemical processes that make the food appear better, make it rot proof, extend the shelf life for weeks and a chemical that totally fools your taste system. This has such a bad side affect on some people it can hospitalize them in short order and even kill some but it is in a large per centage of fast food restaurant menus and as much as 20% of processed food you buy in the super market. You think the FDA is protecting you... This is not even a joke anymore.... That many foods such as corn flakes are cooked at over 4,000 degrees and many foods, are in cooking and processing totally stripped of all nutrition despite being promoted as "health food".. Other essentially non-nutritional products are packaged up with salt, taste enhancing and altering chemicals, chemical dyes, food preservative and chemical artificial sugars, altered fats hydrogenated to act to make it not spoil on the shelf for weeks and thrown into the health food "snack counter" for your children school lunch mix. Have you ever wondered what happens to the tons of hydrogenated fat, (banned in New York and some overseas countries) that fries up those potatoes in fast food joints? Yup, it winds up in your bodies plumbing, then you take chemical prescriptions to keep it from doing so that it has even worse affects. Twinkies are indeed health food compared to much of what you are eating and are unaware about. What you are putting in your mouth is often more of a downer than they can be classed as something to even resemble nutrition for improving your life span. What is the solution?Well,........ there are many but the first step is to get educated about what is really happening to the American publics diet and why US has now dropped to number 42 in life expectancy in industrialized nations. You need to learn how to simply switch to a simple diet your body was designed for.. Feed your self only food that adds to your life expectancy, natural to human species consumption proven over thousands of years, natural ingredients, unprocessed or uncooked, not food crammed with fillers, chemical coloring and preservatives and processes and leaves out the chemical taste enhancers, the chemical sugar that does not register with your "full" meter and results in obesity, and trans fats that give commercial fast food restaurants, trucked in via semi load in factory prepared in advance, the shelf life of uranium. Your health is not something you earn.Health is natural. Health is something YOU destroy. Learn how to stop destroying it and your amazing survival system you inherited will kick in and make you a long term survivor of the hazards of living in this current age.
