How My Ancestors Survived Norway Winter- Famines

My ancestors were Scandinavian and my body programming I inherited is the same, (with very little change) that my ancestors used to survive winter with, and it worked for a million years. My question has always been, how did they do it? There was little or no food storage, no green leafy vegetables for 9 months or more of the year and no orange juice. Most of the year, nothing but snow everywhere What Is My Survival System Set Up To Do? Remember, only the people that had this working right. survived to have children which led down to me. Turns out. that I figured it all out as a result of my trip to Australia.First what I learned from the Australian Aborigines. They have been one continuous society for 60,000 years surviving in some tough territory where there is no orange juice, no leafy spinach and almost no animals visible or anything that even looks like a source of food. Here is three tricks you and I would have never thought of that they use to get food, where there is practically none.
There is a marathon that lasts five days in Australia, and the participants stop and sleep for 8 hours every night. Some very world class athletes participate. An Australian 60 year old sheep farmer set the athletic world on it's ear, setting a record and won the marathon several years in a row. He was used to chasing his sheep down running continuously non stop several days in a row. His secret, he ran at a slow pace but never stopped to sleep, running in fact 24 hours a day for five days. The others were far ahead outdistancing him the first few days but by the fourth day he was out in front. Now, in recent years all of the participants have to use his "no stop, no sleep" technique to have a chance of winning. It was his ability to OUTLAST all other species. Raised on a farm in the Midwest, (growing up with horses) I often wondered out the Sioux Indians kept their riding horses, when I am sure they often got away from them. since they had no fences or barns.Turns out the horses could far outrun them and get away, but the Indian stayed after them, tracking for 30 hours if necessary and the horse dropped from exhaustion and the owner took his now highly submissive horse home. The horse, likely learning not to try that leaving trick again. Understand their diet is animals that have almost NO fat. Knowing they are like man in general, I knew they could not survive without some source of fat, necessary for their body to process food. My number one question was how do they survive without fat?
Finally Uncovered The Aborigine Secret Fat Source.
They lived on energy supplemented by the fruit and vegetables etc over the summer high sugar season, and unlike the Aborigines, (eating moths year around) did not have a winter source of fat. Therefore, I believe they were totally dependant on carrying some body fat over thru to be used during the "fat famine" season. In their winter time diet, food stored and the animals they ate still likely had body fat until January. It was likely into February and March, came crunch time, the big fat famine. To survive their body survival system made them tremendously crave anything sweet in the high sugar season, (spring summer) with an insatiable appetite for anything sweet. They ate night and day, in high sugar season (summer) when in a big berry patch etc and put on fat. During the high sugar season, your body energy use system operates only on sugar input, and absoultely no fat burning like the rest of the year. This is fat saving and storing season. The most important was food processing supplemental, (not for energy burning) but a supplement fat man needs for other food processing during the famine ahead, and this fat was stored in and around your liver and your stomach. This is closely held and not burned for energy needs. The last to go, it is the survival fat you have to have to process other food you are eating. The Inuit Indians in north Canada, Weston Price in his research studies in the 30's reported that they knew they had to have fat to make it thru the winter. That they were able to track down eat plenty of very thin rabbits to survive on over the winter, but died of what they called "rabbit fever", without some source of fat. They had discovered that only an old moose carried a slab of neck fat clear thru the winter so they killed an old moose every winter and shared the fat amongst the whole tribe to get them thru the winter. Understand The Big Hazard For Man Has Been To Survive Winter and Famines. It was by far the biggest killer and only those that built a successful system that worked to survive this annual hazard were "survivors".
When every thing froze over, and snow begin to fall, the high sugar, (or any sugar) season was over. Their body automatically went back on making daily short term and burning body mass and body fat as an operating system. A small amount of sugar was stored for emergency energy spurt supplementation.Their food system system became based on relatively easy animal tracking, once snow fell and the heavier the snow cover the more advantage man had over small animals. Easily exhausting them in their trying to get away from the tracker in deep snow. Man could outlast deer and larger animals and tracked them till they dropped. No weapons, just a sharp stick or a rock to dispatch one very exhausted animal.Man at some point developed snow shoes, giving the tracker a tremendous advantage in exhausting any animal being tracked and pursued in deep snow. Therefore I now can understand how my ancestors made it thru the winter and how the "stomach fat" was the difference of surviving or not surviving till spring. I understand my ancestors were eating meat a good part of the season and am sure they learned to eat all parts of the animals to get nutrients they needed. We in contrast, just eat "muscle meat" and ignore the other animal parts. We take supplements etc to make up for what they were getting naturally. The Aborigines and quite a few other societies get trace elements of nutrients by eating insects. Somehow, it just does not look like my ancestors and my inherited "survival" programming is built around a vegetarian diet, or in eating many insects. My view is understanding the survival system you personally inherited by looking at your ancestors of 1000 years ago and what was necessary for them to survive.Whatever that was, this is what your body is set up for and is trying its darndest to do, doing what it was programmed to do to make you too, a long term "survivor". Anything else is AUTOMATICALLY considered a threat to your survival (not on a known acceptable (not poison) food list) and some anti body defense will be launched against it.This is called inflammation when defense cells are launched, totally unknown to you, to try to rid your body of something, and this is the root of many illnesses you come down with. Stop inputting questionable food or (unknown for under 10,000 years, ) substances (such as dairy) (agriculture, etc) This is why those going on a menu of what you are designed for have very few illnesses, since most of your body fights are not bacteria, etc. it is your bodies self generated battles against substances you may consider health food but if your body has no program for it, and your body defending against it to rid it and "save you." from what looks like hazardous to your life, foreign substances. These often completely silent "survival" battles by your immune system can get so severe, to rid your body of something it considers, rightly or wrongly a hazard to your survival, the strong defense against them accidentally kills your own cells. and you die of what is known as a "degenerative" disease, (cancer, stroke, Alzheimer's, etc) Therefore, I think it is imperative that you learn what was on your ancestors "approved" (and still known) on your inherited input list. Avoid anything that was not. How My Ancestors Survived Norway Winter- Famines
