My Downer Experience On Diabetic Prescriptions

So they added in on my "take this" list, as I understand they typically do, another modern prescription diabetes drug (Sulfonylurea drug). This drug does not regulate, it is prescribed to stimulate (force) even higher insulin secretion from the pancreas. (raise to even higher level and I find out high insulin levels is what does the worse life threatening and shortening damage to a diabetic) My later tests and research indicate my pancreas was already producing over four times (also typical for a diabetic) the normal amount of insulin. (my doctor was not even interested in knowing what my insulin level was, only working on forcing my glucose levels down.) This turns out to be typical medical protocol. My research also indicated that it is high insulin levels that do for a diabetic, most of your health, body damage and lowering life expectancy. What I was reading was that your pancreas gets exhausted after long term forced making these high levels to attempt to force your more and more resistant muscle cells to absorb high glucose. That, as a result of this progressing insulin resistant build up, your cells absorbing less and less excess sugar. Understand, these "insulin raising further" drugs are only effective when beta cells maintain their basic function of insulin secretion. (In some it has already started to shut down) and my doctor never did any tests and was not interested in finding out if this was happening in my case. It is also reported that long-term usage of Sulfonylurea drugs cause serious long term in addition to the dangerous short term side-effects I experienced, which I will get to in a minute.Long-term, this artificially forcing even higher (then four times normal insulin) eventually cause a steady decreased amount of insulin production by putting too much strain on the now exhausted beta cells. Since the body over time eventually becomes even resistant to these drugs, they lose their effectiveness and dosages will continuously need to be increased. They will be increased, year by year I read, and on an average, of seven years of usage, these drugs no longer work and new even more powerful drugs will then be prescribed.. In a short time after that I found most type 2 diabetics were then switched to and forced to rely on insulin injections as their beta cells are now too damaged and exhausted to produce any meaningful insulin. The short term affect of this drug is serious business and you need to be aware of this one.. What got me into researching my diabetes and treatment was the right away side-effect of Sulfonylurea drugs. The effect is that they often over-stimulate the pancreas and produce too much insulin, putting you into what is referred to as "insulin shock". As this extremely high insulin forces sugar or glucose from the bloodstream, into body cells, it can result in hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar. Hypo means too low hyperglycemia, normal problem for a diabetic, hyper means too much.In addition to my diabetes problem, now I had forced on myself taking this prescription an additional problem I did not need and I found out this one can even kill me in short order. (such as going unconscious with an accident etc.) This can be more dangerous than high blood sugar, leading to shakiness, confusion, coma and yes, I found out even death.(Other complications such as renal disease also exist.) Happened to me twice before I abruptly quit all prescriptions after researching both drugs.First time at a movie, I discovered I was so shaky I was almost passing out.. They dashed out to the concession stand and got me a cookie which got me back to normal in time. Then it occurs to me, what if this happens while I am driving, and then I discover there are many hypoglycemic auto accidents etc.. After further research indicated that on medications you are progressively put on stronger and stronger drugs, (such as this) and after a period of time, (as your forced pancreas exhausts and you develop resistance to other drugs, they no longer work and you are then put on injected insulin as a matter of normal progression of your disease. Looking at the side effects (of even more dangerous higher insulin levels,) and long term prospects of continuing down this conventional "prescription" medical protocol..... I quit.My research indicated that a big percentage of diabetics had wised up and had found alternatives to this steady down hill progression of conventional medical protocol that wound up with you on insulin, often eventual kidney failure, dialysis etc and on down hill to the cemetery. The alternatives, I found and you can research yourself, if you like,...........is what this writing and my web sites, and publication are all about, namely, from my long term experience doing a better research job then you would likely do and save you a lot of time, giving you my insight in a condensed version. If I did not think that this was absolutely crucial that people know about this, I would shut up and just go about my 10 other businesses. It costs me money, is a large financial burden and I do not need that aggravation, so believe me when I say this is 'public service" oriented and if you ignore this condensed information from my research, .......at least you were informed.
