Thru history mans survival has been basically a battle to survive
famine. This includes in northern climates, surviving the winter
famine. The ancestors that led to you had a successful system that
worked.
Those that did not were not there in spring to have
children. You and the hibernating bear bodies recognized the
arrival of "Fat Making Season" by eating high sugar fruits etc now
available that made high blood sugar peaks and fat making hormone,
insulin, that goes with and is turned on by it. Receiving the "spring high sugar season is here signal your body switches
to sugar operational. During this season your body will only
"store fat" it absolutely will NOT BURN STORED FAT during your body
operating in sugar mode season.
You will burn both sugar and fat from input to operate for energy
needs, during this season. but you will operate from stored sugar, not
stored fat.
You and the hibernating bear store every bit of extra
sugar you can eat (both of you ravishingly craving sugar during this switch) as fat over the summer and do not burn a spec of it.
The thing that is wrong here for you is you never stop high blood
sugar peaks season, that turns on high insulin, you keep it up all year
around, and never end it.
Your high sugar fruit season etc keeps right on going and your high
insulin levels to dispose of this sugar continue for years.
High
Insulin does body damage when continued long term and your muscle cells
develop a defense to protect themselves from continued extreme high
insulin peaks year around. To keep from drowning in sugar during high
sugar season your body automatically expands fat cells with high
insulin, thereby forcing cells to store it. You and the bear put on
weight, the bear hibernates and runs on fat over the winter. You keep
right on adding fat all year, and never get back to "operate on fat" season. Man in past history automatically
switched off sugar operational "store fat" mode and switched back to
"operate on fat" mode soon as high sugar season was over.
Man normally stored your energy as fat and you burned fat. Sugar
storage (in your liver) was only for supplemental spurts.
Your
problen now is you never switch your body back because you keep up high
blood sugar peaks, signaling high sugar season is not
over. There is one difference in you and the bear. The bear
exists over the winter solely on the stored fat as energy source, those
bears that do not do this right do not live til spring. You in contrast
need the fat to supplement food you eat over the winter, because your
body has to have fat to operate, and over winter most food input is no
longer fat, the animals have used up their fat to get thru the winter.
Therefore, the only humans that survive the winter are those that have
some stored fat on body or find some source of fat to eat over the
winter. (the squirrel and some humans figured out you can get fat over
the winter if you store nuts.)
After 30 to 50 years of high insulin
caused by high blood sugar peaks, many humans develop an insulin,
resistance and can no longer handle the high year around sugar peaks and
year around body operation in "sugar mode," (Instead of your body
switching back to the normal store fat, burn fat operational non high
sugar season mode and as a result, do insulin and uncontrolled sugar
level body damage and you are diagnosed with
diabetes. Simple Instant Solution For Diabetes And Ending

Stop all sugar peaks, (learn how here) and add
high fat input. Remember, at end of high sugar season all animals you
were now eating were still FAT. This stopping sugar peaks
and eating high fat signals your body "fat storing" high sugar season is
over and we are now back to eat fat, store fat, burn fat body
operational system. Your body detects no fat famine now and
we have stored fat on board, so we can go back to normal operation, run
on fat as 75% of your calorie source. (normal man operational
system)
We simplify this to make it simple for you in our suggestion
to go on the paleo diet. (caveman diet) which really is not a diet at
all, but just to eat what your ancestors ate, and give up refined and
processed food. Eat all the grass grown meat and fat you want. This is
simple and easy to stay on, and inexpensive solution that recent studies
verify "works".
Understanding this in a nutshell. Your body only stores
fat on your body by high insulin levels. (fat making hormone) High
Calorys, lack of exercise, eating fat NONE of these turn on fat making
hormone INSULIN only sugar peaks. High blood sugar that does
damage (and associated high insulin high consequence damage) to
diabetics is caused by only one thing. SUGAR PEAKS. We
suggest you learn how to stop and or control high blood sugar peaks if
