Fix This Or Your Survival System Will Inadvertently Kill You In A Misguided Attempt To "Save You"When Your body survival system gets chemical messages that your body is on its last legs, it goes all out to save you. It goes on full inflammatory alert to find what is killing you and readys an attack to rid your body (and make you a survivor again) of what it can find must be the culprit. High and fluctuating insulin levels are present it knows mean your body is in trouble and your survival is at stake. Immune cells communicate via chemicals in the blood. The alarm alert system is chemically controlled and high insulin is a very clear signal that all is not going well. Your body survival system is correct. Those with high and fluctuating insulin levels have one foot on a banana peel.High blood glucose does not seem to be the alarm. High insulin level is an alarm. The average diabetic has no idea what his insulin level is or should be. His doctor does not even check. Yet it is high insulin that causes hardening of arteries and other advances in degenerative disease. Your author has an A1c score of 5.9. 7 is considered within "safe range".Yet after insisting on an insulin test, the reading was 20 up from 19 when last insisted on an insulin check six months ago and despite BG levels in good shape insulin level goes higher still. Research indicates that the normal "safe" range is 10. Diabetics have twice the chance of dying of these degenerative diseases as the non diabetic. This may be the result of the survival system body response to long term high insulin levels which we all know cause damage.. Therefore, it would seem important to not only control your blood sugar level but also find out your insulin level and if still high find a way to get it under control.... My example indicates you can have your blood sugar under control but you can still be running high insulin. Insulin level seems to be a seperate issue. When we age we tend to slow down and become sedentary, gain a lot of weight, around the waist particularly, so your body survival system seems to get some chemical message that you are slipping fast and your life is all but over. This can apparently launch chronic silent long term inflammation (to save you) which can set off "modernitis" disease killer happenings. It is apparent now, long term fat is considered abnormal and a dangerous invader that needs to be gotten out of here by most survival systems. No programming for this since man has never encountered this in 100,000 years until now. This can set off the inflammatory attack that results in "Modernitis Events. Stroke, Heart attacks, Cardio Vascular events, Cancer etc.To quelch this signal you will need to become active again, extensive exercise, lose weight promptly, do new things and new enthusiasm and spring in your step, that life is good and lots going on yet. Lots to live for. Convince yourself, after making it so, that your body is doing great, then your survival system will likely get the message that your body does "not need saving." Whenever there are attacks by your immune system, on something or area of your body, you will usually have some notice of "pain" or stiffness. You likely dismiss this as just the price of getting old and you take some pain killer for it and go about your life. These attacks over time, like arthritis can actually destroy joints etc. Other events, like cardio vascular happenings will not be as clear, but both need you to take some immediate action. or you will pay the price down the road. A diet change, be sure sugar and flour are gone, the elimination of the wrong or excess of Omega 6 fats, trans fats, etc. take extra fish oil supplements, (Omega 3) be sure you are taking extra vitamin E and C, these are all basic changes you should have made by now but need to be increased if not working. In my case, I developed over time worsening hip pain to where I was getting to the point of cutting out extra walking. The solution turned out to be Glucosomine with Chondroiton and MSM. This is it turns out a source of sulfur and an inflammation turn off. Even if not suffering joint pain it seems to work in shutting down other immune system "Modernitis" attacks. Put it on your list of "fixing" tools. Available in any drug store, I buy mine in huge bottles at Costco for less then half. Fixed my hip problem in a week and keeps it under control. (some people have hip replacements when this would likely have fixed it if started in time.) Respond to your pains promptly, it is telling you something needs fixing. If one thing does not stop it try something else. Note: Some herbs take up to six weeks before you get clear relief so do not give up until after six weeks. Attacks by your survival system to remove something or overcome something are called "inflammation". Aspirin is the number one thing taken to fight or lesson inflammation. This is prescribed all over the place as the answer but has a side affect that if you read up on it, will find is severe. Aspirin long term kills the enzyme that protects the lining of your stomach.and can even prove fatal. Consider much more effective alternatives such as powdered dry ginger, which has advantages over aspirin as well as not having the side effect. Also herbologists suggest Tumeric extracts, 400 to 600 milligrams, 3 times a day as beating out almost anything else you can take to cut or eliminate inflammation. Also on the list to look into, Licorice, seems to work like cortisone without the side effects. Bromelein from Pineapple stems, seems to really work on some. Green tea is helpful in cutting inflammation d my favorite dark chocolate coco works very well. Primrose oil, grape seed extract, pycnogenol, etc research will give you the story on each of these which have been used with great success. Most inexpensive, (compared to drugs) and best of all most have few or no side effects. This should give you an understanding of what is likely to be the real danger of shortening your life expectancy and realize that this is all pretty much in your control if you understand it and work at it. Keep in mind you wont find this explanation anywhere else. This is my version I worked out after a lot of work and thought and it makes sense to me.
